Historically Unitarian Universalism has put forth the idea that humans are capable of goodness, that a loving God created a world where humans can thrive and flourish. Unitarian Universalist theologians have suggested that humans thrive when their environment is conducive to flourishing. This has encouraged Unitarian Universalists to work for the dismantling of oppressive structures and the creation and sustaining of caring structures in society. Join us as we explore together this foundation of Unitarian Universalist theology.
